Beginner’s mind.

I’ve been reading about Shoshin, or “beginner’s mind”,  a concept in Zen Buddhism. It refers to having an attitude of openness, eagerness, and lack of preconceptions when studying a subject… just as a beginner in that subject would.

I have added “avoid negative people” to this philosophy, as I begin my new journey.
